As a
researcher and analyst, Stefan specializes in public policy (M.A.), the
Canadian government, and international relations (Ph.D.), with a research focus
on national defence and security, global politics, and political behaviour. He
is also a trained expert in Canada's political institutions, public law,
federal-provincial relations, municipal government, public policy, economics,
and public opinion, and keeps readily apprised of current affairs.
Stefan prides himself
in being personable, inquisitive, a critical thinker and quick problem-solver,
and an excellent communicator. He is skilled in performing qualitative and
quantitative research from start to finish, including research design, interdisciplinary
literature reviews, archival work, interviewing, survey design and programming,
data collection and management, data hygiene, data analysis and modelling,
policy analysis, writing, presenting, and providing actionable policy advice.
He is also proficient in using various tools, such as Google Workspace,
Microsoft 365 (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), Nvivo, Power BI, Python,
Qualtrics, R, SQL, Stata, and Tableau for project research, analysis, and
writing (view portfolio).

Deanna is a consultant at
Professionally, Deanna
has an interest in the intersection between biology and society, with knowledge
and technical skills in interdisciplinary and laboratory research, mathematics and
(bio)statistics, plant genetics, evolutionary biology, data management,
geography, history and the social sciences, academic and scientific writing, teaching,
and public speaking. She is also proficient in the use of a variety of
applications, such as Canvas, Google Classroom and Workspace, Office 365, Poll
Everywhere, R, SAS, and SPSS.
Deanna is, therefore, a subject-matter expert in
both the natural and social sciences, and has the expertise to advise on qualitative
and quantitative research projects.
